As finals are rolling around the corner, many students are in a state of stress for various reasons. They may feel overwhelmed by the number of papers that they need to hand in and/or the number of exams that they will have to study for. In particular, it may be difficult for first semester students as it is their first year in college. Adjusting to a new environment isn’t entirely easy considering the fact that they are transitioning from high school to college. Therefore, some students may have to pull all-nighters and consume a lot of coffee. On top of that, they may resort to eating unhealthily. In doing so, they do not realize that their body’s will suffer the consequences. Also, managing their time efficiently may be something that some students still have trouble doing.
